Half day bookings are bookings of 4-hours allotted between 8:30-12:30 OR 13:00-17:00.
Full day bookings are bookings over 4 hours and upto 8 hours between 8:30 - 17:00.
Bookings running over allotted times will be charged at the hourly rate for each additional hour.
Room bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the booking. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the booking may be charged full fee.
